Vision
VIKASH visualizes a society free from poverty, illiteracy, disease and violence. It has a proactive vision to act as catalyst to focus on needs and priorities of people and to rebuild the rural society through empowerment of women and youths. Sustainable development of the state would be achieved through people’s participation in development programmes and effective utilization of natural resources.

We are focusing on sustainable development encouraging through rural systematic farming.
Mission
Our mission is to promote socio-economic and educational development of the state through voluntary actions and new initiatives. VIKASH is committed to work on mission mode to serve the needs and priorities of women, children, senior citizens and backward classes. It would facilitate development programmes through networking with government and other development agencies. Above all, our mission is to move immediately to respond the emergency needs of people during natural calamities and other crisis.

A women polytechnic center where rural women enhancing their skill and enabling them independent.
Rural Health
Strengthening ASHA through capacity building training for better health system in rural villages.
Goal
Our goal is to improve the socio-economic and educational status of rural and urban poor, underprivileged and backward classes like Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs) and Other Backward Class (OBC) through various approaches including voluntary actions and new initiatives.
Target Groups
Our target is to make upliftment of the underprivileged and vulnerable groups, especially the women, children, older persons and backward classes like SCs, STs and OBCs living in rural and urban areas in distress conditions.
